All sales are final.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and we do not provide refunds once an order has been placed.

No Returns / No Refunds

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • all items are custom-produced upon purchase,

  • orders cannot be canceled or changed after submission, and

  • we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, size preference, color/appearance variation, or other non-defect reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact PrintSeekers Support directly for assistance and resolution:

  • your order number,

  • a brief description of the issue, and

  • clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
